In this program students focus on learning how to assess their experience, talents, and potential related to personal, professional, and entrepreneurial goals.  They create a set of specific, measureable, and time related goals.  Here they learn and practice the basics of effective business and also to apply these skills to their lives.  Students develop a concept for a new business and develop a starting business plan with specific goals, budgets, branding, marketing, and financial management.  They practice developing communication skills in a variety of settings including elevators speeches to a formal Power Point presentation.  In completing the program they know and experience the skills needed for starting and managing a successful business.
